New Orleans -- Two Years After Katrina

Any part of any American city that:

  1. Lies directly on the coastline
  2. Lies in a hurricane threat zone
  3. Is 10 feet below sea level

should be condemned--marked as off limits to human habitation.

And the most important lesson learned from the disaster that was Katrina?

We need lots of busses.
