Any part of any American city that:
- Lies directly on the coastline
- Lies in a hurricane threat zone
- Is 10 feet below sea level
should be condemned--marked as off limits to human habitation.
And the most important lesson learned from the disaster that was Katrina?
We need lots of busses.
